Already did an e-check in and was required to go over all the details again. The lady at check in acts as if she's doing me a service, totally self righteous. "You don't have a cell phone? I can't help you, if they call and can't get a hold of you." Huh??? I just had an appointment at the beginning of the month - no details changed. In fact, go in every 6 months due to a health condition. Confirmed that I did an e-check in and she refused to accept the details already in the system. I've watched her do it to others every time I go to this location, this time it was all directed at me. Left the place. The staff BLOWS! Looking for a way out of the Fairview money mill. I'm regularly unsatisfied with my experience here.
