Absolutely impressed and pleased with Fresh Dental!! I am a sissy when it comes to dentists, but they put me at ease and kept me comfortable the whole time. They explained my procedure plan clearly and were very accommodating to my needs. Just wish my insurance covered more, but this is what we have to deal with. Love this place and the amazing staff!!

She’s thorough in explaining what I need to look for and how to keep up before my next visit. She’s gentle and precise. It’s always a pleasure to catch up with her. Friendly and helpful staff all around!

Very professional and courteous staff. Presented a well explained treatment plan developed in stages. Explained how much insurance coveres and how much is the customer's responsibility. Dr. Kim amd Joanna are extremely caring, professional, and have a strong desire for the client to be completely satisfied with their dental treatment. Dr. Kim is very calming and concerned about the patients comfort.

I really enjoyed my experience at Fresh Dental S. Tyler. I see Dr.Kim and he did a great job on my fillings. He was very nice and explained what he would do every step of the way.
