Fresenius Kidney Care Town Gat

First time going yesterday like the atmosphere pretty chill laid-back better than most

I transferred to this center from the North Garland center and I like here much better... staff is friendlier, even the cable tv is better...

I know I didn't have a appointment but still horrible service I got there at 9:30 one guy was in front of me 10 minutes later he was in I waited at least 40 minutes an one person walked in then 5 minutes after one more person walked in 10 minutes later some one else walked in now I went up an asked how much longer did I have to wait they said 30 minutes I waited both the other 2 patients went in I went up again an asked they said 20 more minutes some 3 more people walked in an one of them went in they told me 30 more minutes I got up 5 minutes later an was leaving an they told me I was next when I heard them tell one of the other people they were next I understand if they had appointment but they couldn't fit me in between those 40 minutes an it not like I was a new patient I had been ther

Excellent facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very well organized and clean.

They take excellent care of you. Mary the head RN runs a very efficient staff.
