My husband has dialysis at this facility on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The staff has been fantastic. We would like to thank Jon Nucum, Nancy, Gloria, Kreshna, Aileen Paragas, and the rest of the team for their outstanding customer service. They work from the bottom of their hearts. Doctor Narayan's service is superb and exceptional. Doctor Narayan is a very compassionate doctor to his patients. We are grateful and thankful to you all. May God richly bless you all. I normally don't give reviews but i wanted to give my 2 cents today. I give this facility 3 stars based off the staff only. The inside of the facility is neat and clean. I love the friendly face (Marina) at the front desk. Everything was great at first impression. I did not like the rudeness that I experienced by these three people. I will give the names of those I felt were the rudest. Ronnie Lvn, David Lvn, and Jean Virolita the RN A bad experience by bad staff,will make a beautiful building ugly. For instance when the machine was were beeping NO-ONE came to inquire. Not even the ones cleaning off the chair's. Where is the team work???? When question why or what made it beep, I was blown off nonchalantly. I would watchout for those three. I.

I drive from the High Desert to this facility 3x a week because the staff there has been amazing. I have at least 3 closer facilities I could go to but they are just awesome.

I moved from the OC to the IE. This unit is fantastic great staff & very clean. I have been here for 3 years now.

I love the staff here! I like how they make sure every patient is comfortable and how they handle difficult situations.
