Frekko Primary Care

My husband and I are patients and we are extremely happy with both doctors, nurses, and office staff. It’s a huge comfort to know they are always accessible, know our medical needs, and answer our questions. It’s even better since they became a concierge practice with fewer patients. Appointments are never rushed, and they can usually see you same or next day if need be. Everyone on staff is kind and helpful.

I have been a patient at Frekko Primary Care for many years. They have been of great comfort in leading me through the various stages of my health care. I have always been extremely happy with their recommendations when a specialist has been necessary. They provide a very efficient and friendly, caring atmosphere when visiting. Also, they make sure that I am regularly monitored for issues that have arisen. Now that they have converted to a concierge practice, my husband and I would not dream of leaving them.

I love the office. The doctors are wonderful and I just recently found out that they joined privia medical group as their administrators. The office has such a great work flow and their accepting new patients. After a whole two years of not doing so. I referred my whole family and friends along with coworkers to the Frekko family practice. I think its awesome that a father and his three daughters are all physicians. I've been a patient for 5 years and I love it. Front desk is awesome, the new manager is amazing, and the head nurse Diane is wonderful. She adds a special touch. Call in and become a patient.

I've been with the practice since 2001 and I love the care I receive every time I go there. Sometimes it may be difficult to get an appointment but then I call suddenly (not intentionally) and they do their best to fit me in somewhere which I'm very appreciative of very much. It doesn't really matter which doctor or PA you see, you will receive quality care. Contrary to other reviews, the front desks have been nice or at least cordial to me any time I go there.

Experience with the physicians in this practice can be quite varied, but the Frekko Family does a generally first-rate job. I've never had a problem getting an appointment on short notice. Staff attitudes can sometimes be a bit stiff, but all in all quite accommodating.
