This office is great. I like how I can get X-rays don at the same time as seeing a specialist. You can even get the labs done across the street. The staff are great at customer service

I’ve had zero problems with the office staff. Always friendly and helpful. But beware of Dr. Melanie Akuna. I went to her for about 6 months. She doesn’t seem interested or educated in treating the human body as a whole and teaching healthy lifestyle, but instead just wants to prescribe pharmaceuticals to mask your symptoms. I was finally able to get down to the root cause and improve my symptoms after doing extensive research on my own time. I take my children to Dr. Pelate. She has been great to work with. I am doing an alternative vaccination schedule and she was very accommodating.

Dr Barnes is me and my mom's Dr. And is a excellent Dr. Always addresses our problems and know the right thing to do Allways. We are totally satisfied with him..... How ever the only reason for the 4 star rating has nothing to do with Dr. Barnes. But Sharon the lady the works up front at the check in window.... Has bad attitude and acts like if you ask anything extra of her that your a burden or in the way. It is her job to deal with people and some times people have questions they forget to ask. There was a few questions we needed to ask 1 of Dr. Barnes nurse... Is all we asked Sharon. All she did was call Kember up front to talk to us, witch was all we needed. What we did not need is Sharons attitude and her glaring at me and my mom both. She acting like we was a burden when we are Both

Where do I start?! I used to see Dr. Blankenship, whom I loved. However, when he retired, I was "assigned" to Dr. Edge. I had heard he wasn't great, and I wanted to choose my new doctor, but when I called to do that, I was "warned" that he doesn't like "doctor hoppers". So, against my better judgment, I stuck with him for a few years. Overall, I did not feel heard or validated at all. He showed a lack of concern for my chronic issues, and I was tired of being neglected. So, as is my RIGHT, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Akuna, another doctor in the same office, who came highly recommended. These two must be besties, and had to have been talking about me beforehand (um, hello HIPAA violation!), because when she came into the room, without ever even having met me, she had a nasty attitud

I’m leaving this review because of the clinic nurse for Dr. “B” He was professional whenever I established care there. However, I do believe there’s a serious problem with the communication between the front office staff and the nurse. Not like we are on the same team. Sadly I was unable to resolve the issue and the Dr has refused my medication refill- for a blood pressure pill. Why? I will be going elsewhere with my $$$.
