I’ve been going here for a year and will not be returning. I went to get my glasses tightened, which they said was free and did not say anything else. They broke my glasses and still did not elaborate on the fact that they were going to charge me to get them fixed; I got that call later. My choices were either to take home a broken pair of glasses that worked perfectly fine before I got there, or pay to fix the damages that they caused. There was no sign (as of 12/2) and I was given no warning that I risk them being broken with an adjustment.

Best eye doctor in Neosho. They are always quick to get you in and are amazing with children also. I wont go anywhere else.

The service was excellent. The doctor treated my son with great patience and professionalism, explaining everything clearly. The staff was very kind, and the atmosphere in the office was pleasant and calm. I definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Shurley and his staff are always very personable and friendly. I have been a patient for years and wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.

I wasn't greeted upon entering. I was just given the new patient paperwork to fill out. I gave my insurance card and was told that I wasn't in the system. The lady called my insurance company and was told that I was covered. The lady then told me they couldn't file it to my insurance company at this time so, I couldn't be seen. Very rude and I didn't feel welcome. I'll not go back ever.
