Freeman Neosho Hospital

Maddie, Liz, Quincy, ( and a nurse we saw briefly before shift change... can't remember her name) were so great. Treated my friend with respect, care, kindness and compassion even tho she was very difficult. It was a long and exhausting evening made tolerable by their care. It takes special people to recognize when folks need grace. Thank you again

Welp my son and I have been here since 9:45 pm. His sister landed on his jaw while they were jumping on the trampoline. Swollen and in pain I bring him in for a possible broken jaw. As I write this it is 12:39 am. They got us a room finally. Bring us back give him a blanket leaves the room and not one soul has entered this room. Poor baby still in pain and tired as all get out . Not a happy mom right now.

Yesterday I had to bring my 7year old back to the hospital. I am always nervous and hesitant when going to the neosho freeman er....this time our visit was without a doubt the best!!! Dr. Rebecca broadbent was so wonderful with my kiddo and listened and made sure he was reassured when he needed it (he was panicked about shots.) I always have a lot of anxiety when going to this hospital and she made everything less for us. The nurses who took care of us were so amazing as well. Ive only ever seen one of them before, but I was very impressed and thankful for this encounter. Thank you guys for making things better instead of worse! ♥️

Brought my sister in law in because of her diabetes and shes only 20. They were not being considerate at all making her feel worse than she did coming in but regardless they transferred her to another freeman because they were more qualified to care for her. I didnt care for her doctor or nurse. And the doctor stated she was one of the best, questionable

I had an ultrasound and lab work as an outpatient this past week. Radiology was prompt and friendly and the lab staff are always caring and proficient.
