Freedom Therapy Myofascial Release

I had an outstanding experience working with Monika for my first visit. From the first time I met her, I could tell she cares deeply about her clients, as she was attentive and present when asking about my history. Her treatment was remarkably therapeutic as she is very patient working into the tissue and doesn't force anything. I left feeling outstanding!

Monika really knows her stuff. Most physicians could use a good course on the critical web of fascia in our bodies. Came here after open heart surgery because there is so much scar tissue that forms. This therapy releases the fascia, and with it the muscles, etc.

This was my first experience with myofacial therapy ... I had no knoedge of the term or technique before. My only regret is I can't get back in sooner than the first appointment open in about 3-1/2 weeks. Monika made me feel SO comfortable and at least!@

Such a relief to find this practice! Monika is wonderful, gentle, such a gem. I can not continue to praise all the help I received with my upper back and neck.
