Dr. Lisa Behringer was a godsend. I've been dealing with hearing loss in my left ear for 2+ years that was misdiagnosed as allergy related symptoms but the original ear infection spread further causing some hearing loss. I apparently build up a lot of wax, which can be problematic if not taken care of properly. Last night inwas fitted with my hearing aide and cannot believe the world of difference between the ear congestion to being able to hear equally from both ears. She eased my fears, addressed my concerns and truly helped to properly diagnose my issue. Highly recommend.

My Hearing Aid had an issue with charging. I called on Wednesday and was able to get an appt at the Greenbelt Office in Friday . This was great because as you know when one of your hearing aids malfunction, it’s can be very frustrating. I arrived at the Greenbelt Office at my scheduled time and was seen right away. The audiologist was very pleasant and understanding. She took my hearing aids and less than ten minutes later she arrived back with my charger and hearing aids working like brand new. I suggested and told her that I wanted to do a review because of the caring and prompt service she provided . Top Notch Service all the way and very Friendly!

My journey with freedom hearing, and Dr. Lisa Behringer began with my wife, telling me that I was saying what or excuse me way too often, I thought maybe that was because we’ve been married 45 years. I went to visit freedom hearing, and was examined and given a hearing test by Dr. Behringer. My greatest fears had come true and that was I definitely had partial hearing loss. At age 62 I did not expect this already, and I became immediately depressed. She helped me understand that many older people have hearing loss, but do nothing about it and that it’s very important to hear properly to stay Involved socially, especially after retirement. Dr. Lisa Behringer Is just an amazing genuine person. I don’t often write reviews but I had to share my experience with this amazing audiologist. If you have the opportunity to work with Dr. Lisa Behringer you will not be disappointed.

Everyone was very nice and the process with my hearing aide was explained very well.
