Very relaxing very clean not pricey therapist is very good

Ever since I’m arrived here in Baltimore I took several body and foot massage but no one can compare the professionalism and the goodness of Elsa she is the sweetest person. She’s very attentive and knowledgeable about what she’s doing. The next time I come back here I’m wanting her to do my foot and body massage again. + she’s honest about the prices so I leave her a good tip.

I went here today and paid $90 for a 90 minute massage which was great, as I was paying I tipped $20 which I deemed reasonable. The lady then says “ usually 90 minutes is $40 tip “ is she crazy? I just paid $90 for the massage & tipped what I deemed reasonable and she had the audacity to ask for more? I will not return here

To my surprise when I arrived for my appointment the staff seem to not have a clue I was coming. The foot massage was okay by the therapist was a bit rough. She had to keep stopping and talking to customers entering the business. There was no music or aromatherapy smells in the air. Which I thought was a bit strange. Also, I gave a tip and it was not the amount the therapist wanted so she argued and forced me to give double the amount despite me saying no. I would not support this business again or recommend it and I would never go back again the tip part was the part that really got me. 👎🏽👎🏽

It was ok. They have a lot of people running in and out so she had to keep stopping. And I paid for an hour foot massage and only got 45min. Also I gave a 15% tip which was $6 and the lady told me she WANTED a $10 tip. Which I refuse and won't be going back.
