I have to use this pharmacy as per my insurance coverage, there was a minor inconvenience with FedEx delivering the medication I needed. The customer service was great and they helped me get the medications on time. Everyone I have spoken with on the phone has been very kind and helpful. They made it easy to go through the medication process and have a pharmacist ready to help in case of any questions.

Edit: Previously I had given a 2 star rating because I had a frustrating experience this morning due to slow system and constant holds, however I just had another experience this evening that completely changed my mind about how much they're actually just trying to help you. The reply underneath is regarding that previous review, which I have now since edited. They went out of their way for me today, and it's something I truly appreciate. Something they've always been consistent with is they're great with getting stuff delivered to you on time, even if needed overnight. I had my cycle cancelled and needed to cancel the large order I had just scheduled that morning for delivery. I spoke with several pharmacy techs/patient care coordinators throughout the process of ordering medications, and every single one of them were so kind and helpful. In addition, super fast shipping. I ordered them at 1 p.m. on a Friday and they arrived at my house 9 a.m. the following morning. Zero complaints here! 😊

The representative and pharmacist I spoke with were professional, communicative and kind. They answered every question I had, and if they weren’t sure, they were respectful and honest, encouraging me to speak with my physician. I had the most pleasant experience completing a time sensitive order.

I’ve ordered medications from Freedom Pharmacy several times and have always had great service and timely deliveries. Recently, one of my orders was delayed due to FedEx and severe weather in the Northeast, completely outside of the pharmacy’s control, but I urgently needed the medication that same day. The team went above and beyond to help me. Their concierge service located the medication at another pharmacy nearly three hours away, got a carrier to pick it up, and had it delivered directly to me so I could use it that night. They went outside their normal process just to make sure I was taken care of, and I am truly grateful.
