Everyone at Free State Dental is so nice! Every single person greets you with a smile and they are all very genuine. The receptionists are all amazing and have really great customer service that other places just don’t have these days. The hygienists are all amazing and I have never had a bad experience with the dentists there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I don’t ever want to have to switch to go anywhere else! I hope everyone there realizes the impact of good customer service and how having such a great environment leaves an impact on people not wanting to go anywhere else for dental care! You are all rockstars!

I had an excellent experience at Free State Dental. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The care was completely pain-free, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of and respected. We had such a great experience at FreeState Dental yesterday with my 13-year-old son. Sidney, the hygienist, was absolutely fantastic—positive, encouraging, hilarious, and so great at connecting with a teenager (which is no small feat!). She explained everything clearly, especially with his new braces, and made teeth cleaning and care feel approachable and even fun. It was honestly a refreshing break in our day and so nice to see someone who is genuinely happy and passionate about their job. And of course, Dr. Brad Adams continues to be amazing. He’s always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful—walking us through the roadmap for wisdom teeth and what we can do to set our son up for the best smile long-term. Highly recommend Free State Dental! They’re always so nice and welcoming while doing a great job on my teeth! When initially came over I had several issues with my teeth from a different dentist not properly putting on a crown or properly applying filling. Very thankful for them! After switching to Free State I haven’t had any issue with my teeth!

Sydney and Dr newkirk are always so kind and nice! I actually look forward to going to the dentist because they create such a warm and welcoming environment that it's no longer 'a thing' ™️ to go. Highly recommend. Highly encourage. Go see for yourself.
