Very pleased and glad I chose Associated Audiologist to replace my hearing aids. Dr. Paul was professional, thorough in testing my hearing, and provided detailed explanations during the entire process. Really impressed with providing recommendations that made selecting the right hearing aids for my needs. A very good experience and highly recommend Dr. Paul and appreciated Shannon’s friendly welcoming and helpful service.

This was my first visit to Associated Audiogists. I was super impressed - the office itself has a nice, welcoming feel, especially the waiting area. The receptionist, I didn't get her name, was just lovely and very helpful! Dr. Paul was so kind and patient, very professional, explained everything to expect during testing. I especially appreciated the time he took with me. He didn't rush the appointment at all, and welcomed all of my questions. I had such a great experience and would recommend Associated Audiogists to others. Just a really nice balance of professionalism and true customer service in a welcome environment. Easy to make appointment. Arrived a little before 8 am. Receptionist, I think her name was Shannon, was very welcoming and said she just made coffee if we wanted some. She introduced me to Dr Paul. He administered the hearing test. Went back to his office and he explained my hearing problems and what type of hearing aid would be best for me. Got the hearing aids ordered which should be here in about 2 weeks.

Well received with very few people in waiting room. Everything was explained clearly and you could ask any ?'s you needed to. No one tried to push any purchases that were not necessary at this time. Choices were yours to make. I would recommend this office.

I've had hearing aids before. The first time from Associated Audiologists and once from a membership store. This is the second pair from Associated Audiologists. The experience=ce is much better. Better testing and this pair of hearing aids are the most comfortable and best performing set yet. Truly satisfied.
