This facility is a true gem. The staff who works here from front desk to provider are truly the best. One of the few places where everyone is concerned about your well being from all aspects. . Dr Natalie Lowery is the best primary care provider I've had in the past 25+ years and hope she continues to support her patients at this location. The RNs are also excellent, Dusty and crew are the very best. If your thinking about switching providers, this location and these professionals are highly recommended.

Best urgent care I been to in a long time. Dr Laura Parker is awesome no wait n got my autistic son taken care of.

Very little wait time anytime I've been there whether it be for lab work or urgent care. Staff is always very friendly. Dr Natalie Lowery is the best PCP! I highly recommend her!

Update: after being told this was resolved last year, I've received notice that Frederick Health has resent the bill to a new debt collector. Avoid Frederick Health at all costs. Original: My frustrations are with the billing department here; it's been a long time since my wife's one visit, but from what she remembers the staff were friendly and efficient. However, her August 2023 visit has left us with an outstanding bill that Frederick Health refuses to re-file with our insurance company. More details below. TLDR, billing has been an ongoing nightmare, and continues to cause us stress. Staff was nice but billing has ruined our experience. My wife visited in August 2023 as a new patient. People at the front desk are rude. I went there because my primary care doctor wouldn't see me because I showed up ten minutes late. ( still i accept that's my fault) but I couldn't get another appointment for 2 weeks. Abd was having a bad sinus infection with chest pains and blisters in my throat and could hardly drink water. They was aware I Couldn't see my primary care for a couple weeks out. And I was pushed our of there being told to take tylonal and ibuprofen. For what seems to me is an obvious infection in my upper respiratory area.
