I am looking for a new gastro dr. As you can read from other comments the office is rude and makes appointments then changes them then its your fault when something happens. I made an appointment back in December 2025 to come to the office in February 2016 for a procedure. I need an early appointment because i live far from them and the only early appointment they had was in February of 2026.I made it for 9:15am. I had to have someone drive me so I had to make it around their schedule. Here it is the day before the test and now they are telling me its 11:30am and someone else has the 9 appointment and they can't move them. I brought my elderly mother to see Dr. Gandolfo after she had been hospitalized for her COPD and actually was intubated for several days. During the course of her hospital stay, there was some concern about blood in her stool so upon discharge, we immediately sought a consultation from a well respected gastroenterologist, Dr. Gandolfo. Dr. Gandolfo has amazing bedside manner, listens to the concerns of his patients and makes decisions based on specific situations. This practice offers something you don’t find every day- a customized patient centric experience in a beautiful facility where you are not treated like a number, but a person. Dr Gandolfo Had appointment in June. Scheduled procedure for sept. 17. If I was given written instructions my bad. Got call in Aug. while driving to Massachusetts to reschedule “ because you don’t do procedures on the 17” . Gave me the 11th. I had to call back to change because I wouldn’t have a ride on the 11th. Rescheduled for the 25th. Anna called on September 9 to go over my procedure for the 11th. I told her it was rescheduled for the 25 th. She said oh you’re right. I will call before that. No one ever talked about meds! And if I needed to be off for 5 days calling on the 9 th would not have worked for the 11 th.

Front staff was incredibly rude. This is the 2nd time now they messed up my appointment told me over the phone it was a day before the actual appointment and had the nerve to yell at me when I came in the wrong day. (Adding on to this review the doctor called because he saw this honesty and told me to find a new doctor all they care about is reviews DONT GO HERE) Adding on again to the reply I received from Dr. Gandolfo he absolutely did not call me to “make things right” he called and immediately told me to find a new doctor he is extremely unprofessional and I’m glad I dodged a bullet from this horrible office.

Dr . Gandolfo and his esteemed staff took fantastic care of me as I had to undergo a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy. Everyone including Dr Gandolfo took care of me as if I was their own family. Dr Gandolfo took his time with me, and had a wonderful bedside manner. PA Toni Ann provided fantastic post up appt care and educated me on all of my results and next steps. I am very happy with this practice and glad I found Dr Gandolfo to be my new Gastroenterologist. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a Gastroenterologist.
