When Rite Aid closed, our prescriptions were sent here. It has been nothing but a disaster ever since. The people are generally nice, but obviously overworked, and orders are never ready on time. NEVER. I get it that there was an influx of patients from Rite Aid, but its been 5 months. Today was the worst. I ordered my refills 5 days ago. Set the preferred time/day for pickup as Monday. (I don't know why the website gives this option, because they are never ready that day, or, in many instances, even the next. I actually went in today (Tuesday). The pharmacy was not open yet (20 minutes late) due to a substitute pharmacist being late. An hour later I called back, and after fighting my way through the automated menu, discovered that the prescriptions were "still in queue". I asked to speak

I HATE Fred Meyer’s pharmacy! It’s always such a hassle to pick up a prescription. I called in a prescription on Sunday. They said it would be ready Tuesday, but I asked for Monday (11/24). I ended up going Tuesday afternoon. It still wasn’t ready…when it was supposed to be ready Monday. They told me “a couple more hours.” I went back Wednesday and it STILL wasn’t ready. It was going to be another couple of hours. This happens every single time. When I try to call to see if it is ready, either nobody picks up, or I get put on perpetual hold which eventually hangs up. They claim it’s because they don’t have the staff for the high volume. But they have had months to hire people. I switched here before they took on rite aid's clients. Ever since there has been delay after delay. They can't keep up. I go days without medication to give extra time for them to fill my scripts and when I show up they are still not done. I wouldn't mind but the pharmacists have been rude and treating patients like we are just an inconvenience to their day. Their mishandling of prescriptions due to the volume caused them to supply me only half of a prescription once to which I had to bring my bottle in and explain to them that I take 2 a Day which is clearly written on the bottle. Even after that I continued to be patient and kind but the attitudes of the pharmacists have been enough for me to speak up. It is like pulling teeth to get them to do their job. They treat you like you are an inconvenience. They have no clue how to properly deal with any of the Tri-Care plans or Medicare. Over charging Veterans and elderly because they don't know how to use their systems. They send text out stating you will be contacted when your Rx is ready, you wait over a week then get talked down too because you asked why you haven't been contacted. Their response "that's from corporate and we are not corporate, you need to call and check if you want your Rx." It's difficult having to go beg for your Rx from rude and crass staff and pharmacist at this location. It needs to change.

Unbelievable! Every time I call in a prescription, they tell me it will be ready in 1 hour 30 minutes and when I show up. It hasn’t even been filled. There is no way to check on the prescription via phone cause when you call and put in your birthday and phone number it says you need to talk to a pharmacist and they never answer. The pharmacy is a joke Fred Meyer. Stick with groceries. God knows you need help with that as well. Do not recommend. Waste of time.
