I was in and out quickly even though it was my first time there.

They’re fast, just busy. What matters is that I’ve never had a prescription not able to be filled in under two hours, usually 30 minutes. Plan accordingly for how busy it can be, mornings are best in my experience. Got ny covid and flu shot in both arms in under 5 minutes too.

Our family loves doing much of our grocery shopping at this store, but the Pharmacy has been a huge time suck and cause of much frustration. I'm not sure if it's an issue of being understaffed, or maybe just an issue of having a lack of properly trained staff....But, yikes, if you can avoid having to use this pharmacy, you probably want to.......This recommendation is for a number of reasons, sort of mute to list them all, but our entire family has had reoccurring problems and the kicker is that (most) of the RX staff we have delt with so far has had seemingly ZERO interest in addressing and fixing them.

I called to get an emergency dose, was told 1-2 hours. I went in to check very quickly on whether it would be 1 or 2 hours so I could run another errand or stay. It was already done about 15 minutes after the call. I’m not sure if it’s because it was an emergency dose I mentioned that I needed that it was moved up, but that was not something they had to do and did it anyway.

I was told that my prescription would be ready in an hour. After coming back an hour and a half later I was told the pharmacist had to “verify the machine,” and to come back in ten minutes, fifteen minutes later I was told the pharmacist still hadn’t done it and they had no idea when it would be ready. Not the first time they’ve been incompetent either. I had a prescription they said would be ready that afternoon and I told them I would pick it up the next day. When I came to get it they said it was on a delivery truck because it was out of stock and would be arriving in that evening. When I explained that I was told that would be ready the previous day, the guy walked to the back, came back and told me to come back in ten minutes. Ten minutes later he had it for me.
