Customer Reviews
I HATE this pharmacy! I have been using it for about 7 years and have watched it changed from a very organized and caring to frequent changes in staff, less staff, and all staff having a very poor attitude. The lines are constantly past customer service, and when you finally make it to the counter there is only one person working the front! Additionally every single way you could find out if a prescription is ready (text, call, or look online) nothing is ever correct. I just stood in line for almost 20 minutes to pick up prescriptions that were listed online as ready for pick up, to be told it was in fact not ready yet. On top of all of these issues as a person trying to receive medication, the friendly staff I have interacted with are great, but they don’t last long because they don’t ge
If I could rate zero or negative stars, that would be my choice. Every single time that I have came into this pharmacy, I am stuck waiting hours if not days for my medication to be filled. Every single time that I approach the counter, I am delayed my medication. Although for the record, my prescription has been requested more than 10 hours in advance of me picking up. A pharmacy is supposed to be helping people per doctor’s prescribed requests. Nope! In this pharmacy scenario, let’s make our customers wait days past their refill date. My doctor prescribed me a prescription and now I am seeing online that I have been put on hold for a week!! Not a single call or text message or nothing while sitting in the parking lot about to go on. This time it’s not a 30 minutes waiting time past my
I’ve officially had enough of this pharmacy. What started out fine has turned into an absolute nightmare of incompetence and attitude. I’ve had prescriptions sitting for days without being filled, and the moment you ask why, you’re met with a snarky, dismissive tone, as if you’re the problem for wanting the medication your doctor prescribed. They’ve messed up my medications multiple times, and when I’ve tried to get answers, they’ve straight-up lied to me. One instance, they claimed they never received my prescription from my doctor, except I had proof that they did. The truth? They just hadn’t gotten around to it… again. I’ve had to physically go in, multiple times, to remind them to do their job. Only then does anything actually happen. The most unprofessional part? One of the staff m
I loved this pharmacy when I first started going here for my meds. Refills happened the day they were sent in, they answered the phone, and didn't treat you like a huge inconvenience or worse. Since then, pretty much all of the kind, helpful staff I enjoyed seeing have left, probably for good reason, and the whole place has gone downhill. It blows my mind that I'm seeing any positive recent reviews at all, as my experience for pretty much the entire last year has been awful. I try to be pretty understanding since I've worked in jobs with customer service type duties and understand how difficult it can be working with the general public sometimes, but it doesn't matter how kind or patient you are with most of the current staff. I've been saying this to myself for a very long time, but I rea
The pharmacist is actually the most helpful. That being said, the techs are terrible with customer service. They roll their eyes when asked about a simple prescription refill, I was hung up on when trying to call and the automated system couldn't refill by one of the pharmacy techs. The wait time is ridiculous and most times only one tech is working their counter. Think twice before having this place full your prescriptions.
