He was 30 minutes late without apology and became verbally aggressive when asked about it at the end of my appointment. Additionally, his office obtained my medical records without authorization (for nothing more than a basic contact exam no less). When asked how they were able to do so, I was told they didn’t need my consent. I will not be returning. Optometrists are a dime a dozen and therefore, easily replaced.

From consultation to follow up the care my daughter received is second to none. She was apprehensive about her ability to handle contacts but the time they took to make her comfortable was invaluable. She emerged from their office feeling like a pro!

Dr Sitotkin was very thorough and the staff is very friendly. I'm glad I found a great eye doctor on my first try.

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Sirotkin's staff keeps appointments running on time. He is very thorough and professional.
