The “best” there is in the whole of Queens borough. Defines service! Courteous staff and attentive service. I have been going here since 20+ years. Kudos to the owner and staff 🥂👏🙏🫶🙏. Thank you for being in Jackson heights❣️

I went here to pick up allergy medicine for my son and was shocked at the prices $18.99 for the last box on the shelf covered in dust, while CVS has plenty of the same product for $15.99. Most of the associates are POC, but there’s a clear bias against Black customers. Instead of following people around and watching their every move, maybe focus on dusting the shelves and keeping them properly stocked. Overpriced, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable to shop in.

It’s overpriced but they take OTC Network, maybe that’s why they charge more than an ordinary drug store. I always have to wait 45mins for my refills, it’s very frustrating and the woman at the counter isn’t too nice. The young man is nicer. They also make mistakes, so you must count the number of pills you receive. The count was incorrect on more than one occasion and they’ve made other MISTAKES.

My family and I have been using Franks Pharmacy for 30+ years!!! Professional and friendly staff!! Franks Pharmacy is a staple in the Jackson Heights community!! Love our Mom and Pop businesses!! Ava🙏🏼🥰

Just recently moved my Rx to their pharmacy because my insurance changed. The woman pharmacist was so helpful and nice. So much better than Walgreens. Glad to support a local neighborhood business that has been here serving the Jackson Heights community.
