Franklin Street Pharmacy

This is how a pharmacy should do business! After switching away from the large chains to this local pharmacy where everyone remembers your name and prescriptions are handled with personal care and attention, I will never go back. When you call, you always get someone on the phone. When you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles and the occasional hug. Small town/neighborhood pharmacies are fighting to keep their doors open as large corporate chains 'stack the deck' against them. However, you will NEVER get the personal attention like you get at Franklin Street Pharmacy in a chain store!

They are absolutely the best in my eyes. They are always so nice to everybody that walks through their door. They are especially nice and helpful with the elderly customers and I love that! We haven't had any issues at all since switching here. Keep up the great work guys!!

I have spoken with the owners twice and asked the to remove the automatic refills. Just in October I filed a complaint with my insurance company because they keep sending out medication that I no longer need and take. Today I received a voicemail from Tina I never called her back as I spoke to them previously. I then got a email saying UPS was going to deliver a package from them. They will bill your insurance without permission and claim they never spoke to you. The owner said she called Tina and she said she spoke with me which is a lie. Pull the phone records because I sure have mine and I never spoke to Tina. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow as they have no business refilling something without my permission after I signed documents stating I don’t want automatic refills and spoke

I've been dealing with these folks for a while and couldn't ask for better service. Nice and friendly people that really seem to care about their customers. They've helped me with insurance issues and medication changes. Highly recommended and way superior to the big box stores.

I'm so glad we switched our prescription to Franklin Street Pharmacy! They call us by name, ask about family members by name, treat us like neighbors and always provide excellent service. Thanks for being there!
