Doctors leave all the time. . never consistent. You may have one doctor but it is next to impossible to see your doctor. It's always a NEW intern the new doctor that you see each time switches your medication. My husband had had 4 strokes. We recived a letter stating yet again ANOTHER doctor was leaving the practice and they just referred him to another practice. I would not refer a dying dog to go here. This place if you call because you are sick you get the same answer EVERY TIME. The doctor said go to the ER or express care. Disgusting They alter your record and say we having seen you for awhile. It is down right despicable

Called to make an appointment as I was coming back home for the holidays. Usually go to D.C. laffayette center office where everyone is professional and doctors take any patient on rotation. Talked to an Ashley on the phone to see if they could take me for the holidays and she straight up just laughed at me? Took a while for her to explain that they require established patients. So just say that, why laugh at someone who doesn’t get the system? Super unprofessional and feel bad if the office is run like the people that schedule appointments.

Senior Doctor was very rude and obnoxious. Demanded I make an appt just to fill out paperwork, my dad pressure was low and instead of helping him they take him to ED and all he needed was to eat

Nurses are outstanding and our primary care doctor along with others I have met have been helpful and professional for myself and son.
