Was so fed up with CVS; waiting on hold for 30 mins to speak with the pharmacist, prescriptions always out of stock, no feeling of caring. A friend suggested Franklin Rx, and I'm so happy I made the change....so worth it. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, and the pharmacist is always available if I have a question.
