You're company welcome's an emergency walk-in, for extremely painful wisdom teeth to get removed yet I got rescheduled for 3 days later. I show up at 1:30 promptly to my appointment and the doors are locked. Phone will not ring to even leave a voicemail. I knock loudly, because I know I am at the correct address, and because the phone doesn’t ring. someone comes out only to inform the doctor took off for vacation. so now I am scheduled from today, June 28th- until July 8. Meaning I need to wait 10 more days to be seen by your so-called specialist, who decided to start the fireworks party early. Don’t advertise emergency, walkins, and other falsified advertisements.... If you can’t fulfill your promises, then don’t schedule for yourself obligations. your company is fired before you even get

I love this dental practice! I've been going here for about 2 years now. The staff are so pleasant and even remember my husband's name. :-) They are always mindful to ask me if anything has been bothering me before we get started, and have been careful to avoid undue discomfort while cleaning, etc. (I've been to other dentists before where they just 'got on with their job' without taking care to avoid causing pain/discomfort.) Thanks for making my dental visits so pleasant!

This was the best dentist in the town of Louisburg, however as of yesterday March 14, 2019. I will no longer be attending the dental assistant was very forceful and very disrespectful. The doctor did not fix the problem simply tried to cover her unprofessionalism with an appology that I kindly declined. I would not recommend this practice to anyone! If the doctor would allow a staff to stay after being told she used excessive force without investigating the situation simply told me they'll be having lots of law suits in the future! Absolutely disgusting experience...DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FAMILY TO GO HERE! SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!!! If I could take away 5 stars I would... And yes staff always talked about personal problems like the patients are therapist SMH... Horrible!

Love this dental office the staff are very pleasant and friendly they make you feel like family. The front desk operator greets you with warming smiles making you feel comfortable before going back One of the best dental office i have ever stepped foot in!

Had to go for the same thing twice and did have good results from either experience. The staff I had was very unprofessional talking about personal problems with in the work place wail working with the patient. I will never go back.
