Franklin Pharmacy

I've been going to this pharmacy for decades and it has changed since the original pharmacist has left. New pharmacist is rattled, overwhelmed, and def irritated by questions. My Dr called in script over a week ago but it was not filled. When I called to inquire abt it 4 days later, they stated it had to be ordered. I call following day, abt 3 in afternoon and I'm told it'll be ready when I get there but still had to wait for 30 mins while pharmacist cried and complained abt being interrupted by phone calls and prescriptions. It's crazy how unprofessional and incompetent the pharmacist is and I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't running off Franklin's customers. I just hope they can recover from the new pharmacist's incompetence!

Most of the staff here seemed irritated and unhelpful, with the exception of one older woman who was always kind. I had multiple issues with refills not being communicated, prescriptions not being processed, and no follow-up calls even after I gave them my correct number. Even after addressing these problems, nothing changed. I eventually switched to Downtown Pharmacy, where the service has been much better.

They rarely fill my full prescription. They write an IOU on the bottle and don’t bother to mention it when you pick up. Will be letting my doctor know he needs to find a different compounding pharmacy to send his patients to.

My Dr calls in the prescription but it's like crickets over there. I have to call to see if they got it and they always have, but common reply is "we're working on it". I wait abt an hour and still no notification. I go over there and still not ready. Idk what's changed with this pharmacy from over a year and a half ago but something has definitely changed. This happens LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE MONTH now!

Was 5 or of 5 stars. Now just a 2 if that. This pharmacy has changed staff. The previous staff was friendly, asked questions and always had meds ready. I would get a text stating how many prescriptions were ready for pick up. They always answered phones. I didn’t know any of the previous staff but I was always greeted with a smile, and if felt like they was a small family owned business. I miss this place. Now this staff, don’t even verify dob, smile, have medication ready. No text stating what is ready, they don’t answer phones. Last month I went to pick up lexapro, and my Xanax and I got two bottle of lexapro, not Xanax. It’s like they don’t know what’s going on. It’s sad to see at times. I miss the previous crew. Been coming here for years. Now I have to find another friendly family o
