I went in because I had a finger infection. I was worried about cost because I don’t have insurance, and I told them so. When the doctor saw me the very first thing he said was, we will do what we can to keep your costs down because I know you told us you’re uninsured. Then, after I showed him the issue with my finger he said, tell you what. This is a really simple issue. I’m going to give you a discount of $60 (I had already paid $160, their normal fee for seeing the doctor). I was like wow, who does that? So that was awesome. Also, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. He explained things really well and addressed my issue from multiple angles (antibiotics, epsom salts, splint, probiotics to counter the effect antibiotics have on the gut). The secretary told us they don't handle L&i claims here just yet. I remember coming here as a kid when I had ticks on my head they got those ticks off. This is the first time I've been here in 35 years they have done some remodeling inside still looks the same outside. The reader board outside says they do TB testing.

First time patient coming in for a DOT Exam. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr was nice and experienced. I was seen on time and in and out in a reasonable / fast but didn’t feel rushed. I definitely recommend them. I’ll be back for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to the express care today and got there right at 9am. No one was there and all the doors were locked even though the sign on the door said their hours were 9am-5pm. Then I tried calling and at first someone random that wasn’t involved with the establishment picked up. Then I got a call back saying they would look into who’s working and what’s going on. They then texted me 30 mins later saying there was no appointments scheduled with a certain Dr but all I asked was if they were open today. It was very frustrating and confusing. Ended up going to a different urgent care down the road.

Doctor might have just saved my life. I guess we will never know. That is good right? Not too expensive either. $160 cash is more than fair, I think. Thank you!
