I am thrilled to have met Dr. Franklin and staff! I believe I've been to the best from coast to coast, and this is my new favorite group! On a local Facebook Group, she was highly recommended by many. If I say someone is fabulous, oh my gosh, trust me. All there are so kind and qualified. I look forward to my new glasses that came in very quickly even.

Very very disappointed, set up my yearly appointment with Dr. Franklin, last year in and out in about an hour. This year I gave them all my insurance info and they set my appointment, I got the confirmation of the appointment and also the reminder. I showed up 10 minutes early and said good morning to the girls in the office and they said the same and then I signed in. I knew I would wait 15 to 20 minutes cause I was early and they weren’t busy. One hour and ten minutes later I walked back up to the window and said if it’s going to be much longer I’m going to have to reschedule, the hall looked at me and said ok thanks. So I wasn’t sure if I wanted to reschedule with Dr Franklin so I went to another office and said I would like to schedule an appointment and told them my insurance was Unit

I was riding with a friend to her eye appt. And I told her I had a stye on the inside of my eyelid. No appt. Dr Franklin saw me diagnosed me with eye drops and antibiotic for 3 days. Her staff where phenomenal and eventhough I live in NC she is my eye Doc for sure.

Best eye exam since moving South from NY. The Dr is proactive and explains everything about the exam and the issues affecting you and your eyes. She lets you take your time during the process of getting an updated prescription. And they have a large selection of glasses to choose from. I am so glad to travel from Murrells Inlet to Pawleys Island to feel confident about my eye exam!!! Thank you Dr. Franklin and her friendly staff.
