Useless place, always let's me wait for my meds knowing days ahead to prepare this and he never gets it right. Very rude guy

A low-key neighborhood pharmacy that is also a variety store with household and personal supplies. Pharmacist Glen is a rare gem...a service rockstar w/an infectious positive energy. He's friendly, engaging, and detailed both over the phone and in person to ensure your order is accurate and you understand dosage w/an idea of cost over the phone. You don't get this level of care at the national pharmacy chains like CVS, Rite-Aid, or Walgreens (which I love, btw for household shopping but not so much for filling prescriptions). This store has household and cleaning supplies like laundry detergent, fabic softener, air freshner; -personal hygiene items like shampoos, oral care, bandages, hair clips, rollers, shampoos, skin care, body lotion; - school supplies, greeting cards, gift bags, and

I just moved and am so sad I can no longer use this pharmacy. Good thing is I can still leave a great review. Glen, the pharmacist at the counter is so kind and funny and excited to make experiences feel personal. He texts and calls to leave updates and does everything he can to make it easy. He makes it easy to want to support a locally owned pharmacy, because he treats you like a friend.

Lived in the neighborhood many years. This is by far the best pharmacy in the area! Whenever I go to F&C, I know that my visit will be friendly and very efficient. Glen is an awesome pharmacist, super knowledgeable, and will never forget your name. The woman at the front counter is also very kind and sweet and always asks how my wife and children are on each visit. Should you live in or commute to the area and a looking for a pharmacy, its hard to beat Franklin and Carroll!

Glen is always amazing! He works very hard at making sure everyone has what they need, he goes over and beyond what his job requires. He genuinely cares about people and you can see that in his demeanor and interactions with customers. Ms. Caroline is always kind and helpful, I value her wisdom and am grateful she is there working diligently at maintaining the store. I have a large family and many needs which require us to visit often, each time it is a great experience! We are very appreciative of all Glen and Ms. Caroline do for us!!
