Frankford Massage

I really like this place! I give it 5 stars because it is very professional, clean, and has excellent talent! My last massage was with Ella who is very beautiful , young (in her 30s), strong, and professional. She loves to joke around and keeps things very pleasant and relaxing. I understand that this massage store was sold to a new owner so it is under new management. The changes they made are wonderful! I think that they are still in the process of building up their new team so a variety of girls (and a man who is on call) are available. They are worth the bigger tips. I will be coming back to Mass Massage many times in the future.

Great place. Annie, Ella, Selina and especially Cindy take the upmost care of you with quality and exceptional service. Highly recommend all of them with their professional experience. Had extreme tension in my shoulders, back and hips to the point of having tension headaches regularly. Since visiting their establishment I can honestly say I've never felt better. This is probably the cleanest massage place and most professional place you could find. The owner is very sweet woman and they all give fantastic massages. I have been using them for a long time and anytime I get sore from work I go there and it relieves all my tension. Even if I only have time for a 30 minutes seated massage to work on my neck and arms. However, my favorite is a full hour massage! I can’t recommend this place enough and the customer service is incredible. 5-STARS!

Ella provided the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. She used a combination of techniques, including back walking, hot stones, forearms, and elbows to work out the knots and relieve tension. She is courteous, friendly and focused on providing a great customer experience. I will be going back again soon!

Good massage except that they handled pretty hardly on the backside of my neck. Also, they had some confusion about my online pre-payment. I had to wait 10 mins for them to call their manager and get the clarification about the payment. I would recommend this place to others, but I would like to try other places before returning here.
