Staff was friendly and expedient. Easy to find, good location. Nice waiting room, short weight. Very thorough, up to date on lab work and testing from other providers. Face to face, genuinely engaged, eye contact unlike other physicians who spend all their time looking at computer and texting. Discussed therapy options and goals. Very supportive.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff was courteous and very helpful. I saw them during a time where they were doing a lighter schedule because of the pandemic so I appreciate them fitting me in. I spoke with the NP in the office and she took her time and explained everything to me. People have to understand that doctors and practitioners often have emergencies and have to cancel your appointment if one comes up. You can’t get mad about that. Yes, it’s a pain sometimes, when you have to reschedule, but we all have to learn to be understanding. That emergency could be you someday! For the record, I was not asked to write this review and I am a real patient!!

Dr Giardino was nothing short of amazing. I was brought to tears with the care I received following not so great care from another endocrinologist in the Buffalo area. Although her office is extremely busy they were able to fit me in as a new patient as I am newly pregnant and needing to have more frequent appointments. I am so grateful for her and her team for making it happen. Dr Giardino is kind, understanding and very thorough. She listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly in a way which you can understand. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the time she has spent with me. Thank you Dr Giardino and your entire office.

I went here for the first time for a physical for school, I won't be back again for several reasons. 1) Dr. Weber was careless when filling out my health forms for school and caused my clearance for nursing school to be delayed. I had a hassle with getting it corrected, which will further be explained below. 2) I found the front desk workers very rude over the phone. I had accepted seeing a male doctor for primary care as my needs were urgent at the time and during one of the calls I had asked if it were possible to switch to a female doctor after my first appointment, I expressed I was not comfortable with a male due to past experiences. She told me that they do not switch within the practice "unless there is a good reason." When I called again, (different worker, different day) I had c
