Dr. Murray refused to see me because I coughed in the lobby. I informed Dr. Murray I had recently been tested and it was negative for COVID. Dr. Murray refused to see me and I had to leave the office. I had to wait outside on the curb for 15 mins for my husband to come get me. Totally unprofessional and needless to say he is no longer my dentist.

If I could give no stars I would. I got to my appointment 15 min early and after 45 min was brought to the back where I sat and listened to him have a very long conversation with another patient for another 20 min he came I asked how long her thought it would be so I could move my schedule around. He informed me that when I make a dr appt I should expect to have to wait twice as long as usual because he doesn’t have the staff and he would only have time to take my X-rays but I would have to reschedule the filling. When I asked why I was never called before hand he became very rude and walked out. I will never go back

Dr.Murray refused to see a firefighter because he is on the frontlines. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I am guessing that Dr.Murray would hate for his general physician to refuse to see him because he is an essential worker. Steer clear of this dentist. What a joke!!

Terrible place ...all they want to push is cleanings ...then they try and bill you for a missed appointment, which they never sent to you. You can never reach anyone on the phone or anyone who can straighten out billing that they screwed up. Stay clear of this place.
