Francise Pharmacy

The pharmacist/owner is a genuine good person. The drive through service is horrible!! They are very slow. Because most prescriptions are picked up using the drive through maybe they need two people and two registers servicing the drive through.

Pharmacy is unprofessional and rude. They refuse to release my husbands medicine and my doctor has requested that the medicine be transferred numerous times, as well as other pharmacies, but they refuse to officially release my medication to other pharmacies to where it cannot be filled under my insurance. This has happened multiple times when I used them last year, they refuse to release medication, acted very unprofessional about the situation and the pharmacy board needs to get involved.

Been using Francise pharmacy a few years now and they are great. Really fast drive through.

This pharmacy is horrible. They have my medication ready. My last name of my insurance card is my maiden name and my drivers license has my married name. The tech with braids (older black female) refused to give me my meds. She closed the window of the drive thru in my daughter’s face. I called and was hung up on. I’ve been getting my medication with no problems and today 1/14/25 there was a problem. I asked to speak to the owner and I was told he wasn’t there. The drive thru lines are Always extremely long. The workers will watch you pull up and don’t address while they talk amongst each other. Poor customer service.

I had the worst experience within the last month. At first it was pleasant , always a long line in drive through but I was okay because I like the personal contact. I was using a savings card for medicine that stopped working and then when I contacted the Pharmacy it was either no answer or sit in line for 40 minutes to be told by a PRN Pharmacist that he did not now how to enter the coupon with insurance and to call the next day. When I did call the Tech kept entering it wrong so many times that he said my insurances required another authorization , when I called my insurance they said it was ran incorrectly, so I contact the pharmacy today only to be told that the medicine they ordered for me last week was given to someone else. And now mine is on back order. I'm so upset I've contacted
