Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Baker - LA

I have given this facility so many chances to correct their wrongs and every time we go there with the new staff that they keep changing. It is never a good experience. We are always misdiagnosed and plus you are prescribing medicines that our primary physicians already have us on. If we have a respiratory infection, the flue or pneumonia, why would you prescribe an allergy pill knowing that we already take that. We should be prescribed a steroid pack or steroid injection or cough syrup. We are Never coming to this location again nor recommending anyone else. We even gave them a second and the third chance, even after they had the data breaches last year exposing our SSN’s. Loyalty is out the window.

Called to see the doctor within ten minutes of arrival. Seen doctor within five minutes of being called back to do vitals. Yes, it was fast paced for real and I would recommend anyone to visit!

Dr. John is fast and thorough. Loved the service I had today. For a busy Christmas Eveday, the doctor and nurse 2 man shift performed better than a full staff. Ive been seen there more than 5 times. Impressive!

My first time as a new patient I would love to say your staff gave excellent customer service, showing they care. Didn’t have an attitude, but most of all they greeted and smile. Ms. Das nurse was amazing and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Thanks to your team💕

The type of care we received was five star from the front desk experience to the health consultation. Fast appointment setting and easy to follow paperwork. The care quality is the same as you would receive at a hospital. I will recommend this place to all my friends because believe me when I tell you when I say "They listen they truly listen" to your concerns and provide you with the best options to get you back to your everyday life.
