The best thing he did was to refer me to the UM Dermatology unit. I went seeking help to remediate some dark spots on my legs and he prescripted some "steroids" that ended up giving me a terrible folliculitis in addition to a hole in my skin near the left knee due to a biopsy not properly done, I found out at UM what is a skin biopsy properly done and that there are ways to treat me without being so invasive. He is in and out the room in 5 minutes, rushing all the time, sometimes I didnt even know if he was listening. Some drug that will or was going to alterate my triglycerids levels (ipledge) was prespcripted by him to which I never consent to thru the website and ended up being at Walgreens ready for pick up ¿how come??? . Call to get an appointment as a New Patient, the customer service was extremely rude. There was no form of hospitality- sharp answers with no sense of help. I felt very uncomfortable booking an appointment because of how rude she was and if that’s how they treat people I can just imagine in person.

Dr. Flores and his team are super professional, knowledgeable, personable, warm and trustworthy. I would recommend them to my friends, family and my clients. Immaculately aesthetic too!

I went to this office on 10/31/;2025 . The doctor that performed my biopsy indicated they would call me with my results like in 2 weeks and no one has called me yet, I called today(12/19/25) and left a message for the office manager and I have not heard from them, it's very upsetting how doctors/office staff are not accountable.
