Franciscan Pharmacy - St Anthony

I have been using St Anthony pharmacy (mail order) for years. I get all my medications on time and if there are any questions they call me directly. I never have to wait or worry! They have always been so patient and kind. They even help me get a discount card on my expensive medications. The staff is always so helpful!

The business hours of the pharmacy are inconvenient for working individuals who are unable to pick up their medications by 5 pm. It would be more beneficial if the pharmacy were to operate similar to other retail pharmacies in the area.

They delay so much refill medication, my husband missed fours day of medication still received yet. Called Monday pharmacist said it’s out in mail even I mentioned that he out and doctor already the new refill. Also the doctor’s office to make sure send correct refill. It is Thursday night still does receive. Insurance does refill by local pharmacy for 90 days they only wants customers to use this pharmacy does not helpful. I wish we have better choices.

Due to the fact I work for Franciscan I have to use their pharmacy. I opted for St. Anthony to use their mail order for my medications I take monthly and to get a 90 day supply. The initial set up was horrible. The worst thing about using their services you do not get any indication that your order is ready. I was with Bartells for over 20 years - I would get notice that it was ready, sometimes I would get a call. St. Anthony does not have this type of service. I ordered my medication April 20 and was told today, May 2nd it was being mailed out. They told me it takes 7-10 business days just to process, that is not counting the couple days to mail. This is ridiculous. Needless to say I would rather have a 30 day supply and use the pharmacy at my work. But do know they also do not alert you

terrible mail in pharmacy i have ordered 60 days into my 90 day prescription and still takes 35-40 days to get my prescription. absolutely ridiculous wish i had the option to change pharmacy’s but with insurance back door dealings that isn’t possible. if you can avoid this mail in pharmacy if possible.
