Franciscan Medical Clinic - Port Orchard

Had my PCP here for a year, thought we had a good rapport and planned to stay with her. Until after I saw the ER/ urgent care across the street and complained to her about my lack of care there. Then she started recording our sessions with her phone, not listening to my needs and treating me differently. I guess healthcare here isn't about MY health...it is about their busienss and covering for their friends in their group's when they are being negligent.

Had to wait ~6 months to get my first appointment. Was pleasantly surprised with the staff (reception included). Genuinely got a warm and caring experience. Dr Arif (MD) was very kind and listened to my concerns and genuinely felt she and Samantha (LPN) cared.

The care I received was fine, but after all was done, I was fraudulently billed for a service I did not receive. I broke my shoulder and they are billing me for a short arm splint, with a procedure code for wrist to elbow spliinting. Why would they splint that IF it was my shoulder that was broken AND you cant splint a shoulder. I have tried to get them to reverse the charge...they say its valid. I have asked for copies of my medical records and nothing. All phone calls go off shore and the connections is terrible and the language barrier is rough. Im tired of dealing with this!!!! April 18-Edited to add- I am a retired Medical Biller and certified Coder....so yes, I know medical billing is confusing...but I UNDERSTAND it...its your associates at that phone number you gave me that

Dr Megan Leung is very rude online and has hung up on my wife two payed visit. She offers zero holistic remedies or reccomendation but demands an office visit even though she can see through the phone actual issues. A MD should have common sense and basic human desire to help then to hang up on patients. Wife even asked to be seen by another Dr and was hung up on. Where eles are patience supposed to go for help.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Dutta since moving to Port Orchard from Kirkland. We believe the care we have received from Dr. Dutta and her team rivals our care at Evergreen Hospital ( a regional medical center) and our doctors associated with that hospital. We could not be more satisfied with the care we have received.
