If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My husband came today with wood in his eye and they took 2 hours to do absolutely nothing. Said they didn’t see anything, didn’t have the medicine to tell if he needed a contact bandage.. sent him on his way with antibiotic eye drops. A huge piece of wood came out of his eye a little while ago and he’s still in pain. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to a better urgent care cuz this one just ain’t it.

If I had the power to shut this clinic down, I would. I brought my son in today and was assigned to Dr. Cadel. I told her his symptoms and I made it very clear to reiterate HE WAS NOT DRINKING FLUIDS NOR EATING NOR HAD HE HAD A BOWEL MOVEMENT IN 4 DAYS. She blew this off, essentially telling me there was nothing she could do for him and if he got to the point of dehydration, I’d have to take him to the ER. His symptoms progressed very quickly so I took him to Riley later this afternoon. He was diagnosed with an obstructed bowel. Just because you went to med school doesn’t mean you know my kid better than me. I have been with this child every waking moment since his conception. I visited St. Francis ExpressCare today (Wednesday) for neck pain and a troubling sensation in my throat—like it was closing or had a lump—making it hard to swallow. I was genuinely concerned and hoped for clarity and reassurance. While the front desk and nursing staff brought me back quickly, my encounter with the doctor was extremely disappointing. After a very brief exam, she admitted she didn’t know what was happening and never asked meaningful questions to understand my symptoms. Instead, she quickly wrote a prescription for pain medication—even after I explained that I usually avoid such medicines because of stomach issues—and left the room within minutes. This place has taken a serious decline over the past couple years. Seems to keep getting worse and worse each time I come in here. The smart, nice and good doctors (and staff members) that they used to have in here are gone. My mom came in here right before they closed earlier today to get an X-Ray on her thumb to see if it was broken or not, because she bumped it hard last week and it is still hurting to this day. When we signed in, the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. When my mom was signing paperwork, I offered to her to sign it so she can give her hand a rest. It is 40 degrees in the waiting area and they act like this is just the way it is and there is nothing that can be done. It is not a healthy environment to bring a sick child. The receptionist said it has been this way for 10 years.
