Speedy professional care. The state of the art facility was an added bonus. I got here at 9am on a Thursday morning. For urgent care you enter the main entrance and turn right. They asked me a few questions, I gave them my ID and insurance, paid the $50 copay and waited for maybe 5 minutes until I was taken back. The receptionists were friendly and the place was very clean. I believe Anne was the doctor to see me and she was enthusiastic and knew her stuff. She diagnosed my ear infection right away and asked very pointed follow up questions. I was out of there in no more than 20 minutes. I was not able to save a spot in line like other urgent cares and fill out my information, but since I was taken care of so quickly, it seems like it wouldn’t have been necessary now. This by far was the best Urgent Care experience I’ve had in a while. I came in for a leg injury in June and only had a 5 minute wait. The staff was courteous and helpful. The provider took care of my arm, and my prescriptions were called in by the time I went to the pharmacy. I came back again for a work physical in November and again had a great experience! It was worth driving here from Fishers.

Terrible service from the front desk to the PA at Franciscan ExpressCare. Came to the ExpressCare for an urgent medical incident with my wife. The check-in process took far too long despite no one else being here. They were more worried about collecting our deductible upfront than caring for the patient. The PA was dismissive and minimized the issue. They said they cannot do blood tests here and referred her to an emergency room if it happens again. They provided no care, took vital signs, and sent us packing. We will never come back and highly recommend going with other providers.

In town for work and need prescription refill. Female physician on duty told front desk that she will not help refill a prescription and that includes having a medical file with you for her to view. In my opinion, it shows a lack of concern and compassion for a patient.

I've been here twice and both times were such great experiences. I was seen quickly and the providers spent a good amount of time with me. Highly recommend.
