From the initial consultation to follow-up appointments, the service was top-notch. Everyone took the time to explain everything clearly and addressed all my concerns. The hearing tests were thorough, and the recommendations were tailored to my specific needs. I recently switched to Fox Valley Hearing Center in Appleton basically for convenience. However, what I found was a great overall experience from the helpfulness of staff, current technology used, and excellence knowledge base. I saw Dr. Debra Engebos.

Have had great service since first appointment. Dr. Lisa and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Hearing aids have been very helpful improving my hearing. Not only do I hear better but the masking sound added has helped immensely with my tinnitus (ringing/buzzing in ears). It has helped reduce the level of tinnitus and retrain my brain to not notice the tinnitus as much which has helped with my mental health. Thank you FVHC.

I have been going to Fox Valley Hearing for years now. When I made the switch to a different set of hearing aids, Dr. Long listened to me to see what was important to me in my hearing needs. She helped pick out the right pair to give me connectivity to my iphone so I can stream audio and music straight to my hearing aids. She knew that I had a job that was noisy, so programming my hearing aids for different settings was important to me. I have different settings for when I'm on the job, or at home or in my car. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful, great experience!

I have worked with Dr. Long for several years and have always had great experiences. I was recently fitted with a new set of hearing aids at Dr. Long's recommendation, and they are fantastic!! All of the staff are friendly and my experience has always been that they persist until I'm 100% satisfied with how everything is working. My life is so much better thanks to FVHC!
