Four Seasons Eye Care

I had my first appointment this week after years of being seen at another clinic. I made the switch due to relocating to this area. I was nervous in the days leading up to the appointment, but I ended up pleased with my experience. All of the staff were so nice. They went so far to even help me understand my insurance benefits. My doctor may not have knocked when they entered the room nor did they introduce themself by name, but they wasted no time to learn about me as a person and as a patient. I'm excited to get a new pair of glasses and I'll be happy to return next year for my annual visit.

I had a great experience with 4 Seasons Eye Care! The service was professional, friendly, and really helpful. The staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive they were during my visit. What really stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile by shipping my glasses and contacts to me—such a thoughtful touch that made everything so convenient.

Dr was amazing my issue was with the desk staff. I told her I only wanted contacts that was covered under my insurance plan she tried to upsell after I said no. Then I asked for my receipt to be emailed so I could email it to my insurance and she said she couldn’t it seemed like it was retaliation. Her attitude over the phone was rude and condescending. I will be going to a Walmart where they can email your receipt with a smile.

The nose pads on my eyeglasses, one of them broke and needed both of them replaced. My dispensing optician retired and he recommended Eye Care Center, as he sold all his equipment to them. Luckily, they are like 1 mile away from my house! I went in as soon as they opened and was greeted quite warmly. They understood my issue and went right to work replacing the nose pads. Within a few minutes, my glasses were ready and there was NO CHARGE!! You can't beat that! They have earned my business for when I get a new eye glasses prescription soon.
