They went above and, beyond their protocol, Stephanie checked my immunizations, and informed me of ones that I was missing. I thought I had no coverage, but she went again above and beyond, and made sure that she figured out a way that it was covered through my insurance. Which I didn’t know I could get coverage. Thank you, Stephanie you are so good!!

I just switched all of my prescriptions over from CVS to Cub pharmacy due to an insurance change. The pharmacist refilled a three month supply of my medication‘s, and when ringing it up, she said these seem kind of high even with insurance, do you want me to see if I can get you a better discount through our discount program? I thought sure, but there’s no way they’re going to be any cheaper. She saved me $40 between the two prescriptions just by asking! I would highly recommend this pharmacy! Above and beyond in customer service!

Our regular pharmacy was out of stock of the antibiotics for my sons ear infection, Cub was my first call. The lady that answered was so helpful and kind! She looked at other cub locations and found one that had the medicine we needed! So appreciated!

I don’t remember the name of the lady who helped me the other day but I am so so grateful! She helped me find a different Cub pharmacy that had the medication I needed in stock and contacted them for me. I had called 6 different pharmacies prior and none had what I needed. THANK YOU!
