Foundation Neurology

Scheduling has been extremely difficult. Appointments take weeks to obtain, and mulitple occassions my visits were canceled clos to the appointment date, rescheduled, and then canceled again. During the two-three visits I did have, it appeared that my medical records were not reviewed beforehand, despite having been provided in advance. The visits themselves were very brief, and some of the concerns I cam in for were dismissed. Follow-up appointments were even shorter and did not feel throrough. Given the long wait times, repeated cancellations, and lack of continuity, this was a frustrating experience.

Dr. Azary is absolutely amazing! I’d been dealing with headaches and dizziness for months, and she was the first doctor who truly listened and got to the root of the problem. Within a short time, she helped me find the right treatment, and I finally started feeling like myself again. She’s caring and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. A big thank-you as well to the staff at Foundation Neurology — they’re always welcoming, professional, and make every visit smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t recommend this team more highly!

UPDATE/EDIT: If you go here for a concussion, request a doctor other than Azari. after the awful experience I had at a follow up im amending my review from 2 stars to 1. Dr Azari shouldn’t be working with patients who have cognitive issues. Another commenter here said she was “dismissive” and that 100% is what I experienced. Twice now Ive felt I couldn’t ask questions to get answers because she doesn’t listen to understand the patient. It’s like she’s listening for key words and just wants to respond quickly to be done. I don’t know if that’s incompetence at her job, lack of proper patient care, or lack of English proficiency but my brain hurts after seeing her and I feel like I have to put in so much extra effort to word things so she can understand it. She cuts me off constantly because

I went to see Dr. Azary after my cousin recommended her and said she’s the best. I honestly can’t agree more. I’ve been dealing with headaches for 20 years and kept getting bounced around from doctor to doctor with no real help. Dr. Azary actually listened, figured out the exact type of headache I had (something I’d never even heard of before), and gave me the right medication. For the first time in years, I’m headache-free—it’s been life changing. I’m so thankful for her. She really knows her stuff and has such a kind, caring attitude.

Dr Azary is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is so nice and advocates for me and listens to everything I have to say. She is doing research in regards of finding an MS specialist in NH and I feel seen by her. If I wasn’t sent to Lebanon NH by her, I wouldn’t have found out about the lesions in my brain. It makes me want to cry because she genuinely wants to help me and I appreciate her so much. Thank you Dr Azary!!
