What an awesome experience! The office staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I met with Elizabeth Birch, APRN.. and I highly recommend you do too if given the opportunity. She is amazing at what she does! She listens, great bedside manner, very thorough and she really really cares! Such a good person! You and your family are in great hands here.

A physician at this practice ordered lots of expensive bloodwork 2 months ago then never called me to interpret or discuss the results. I messaged the office over a month ago and have received no response. Avoid this practice.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was seen in ER for severe abdominal Pain. Referred to these people for Colitis. First they couldn't see me until September then they only time they do ER follow ups is at 10:15 am and 10:30am. I explained I could not do those times without taking an entire day off of work. Staff stated they would let the Office Manager know of my concerns. Office Manager called the next day and said she would speak to the providers and find someone to see me at a more convenient time and that I would here back from her by the end of the day. This was over a week ago now and I have not heard back from them!!! Do not recommend!!!!

My wife has had serious health problems for several years. She had a good gastroenterologist in FL but needed to find one in NH since we moved back. Our experience with Sharon Smith at Foundation Gastro far exceeded her expectations. Her stress over finding a new Dr is gone.

Wonderful team, extremely competent staff coupled with an amazing doctor (Michael Kaczanowski, MD) it just doesn't get any better! Both my wife and I have utilized their services and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Thanks for the "Service Excellence."
