Vinson is the best! I have never received the type of massage and care he provides. I started in very bad shape. My back and neck were basically stiff and I couldn't move well. He stretches your muscles out while providing massage. After the first session I already felt huge improvements. After a few months we added cupping sessions to my massages and those took everything to the next level. The pulling of the cupping with the pushing of his massage really got into the deep knots. I’m a cross fit guy and have a sports injury in my low back. I was stretched first and then massaged. I’ve honestly not felt this much relief in a long time. I’m a avid Chiro user, yoga, fitness guy and this was by far one of the best things I’ve done. I do feel better. I still need some maintenance work and will be back. Then I plan to go monthly.
