Foster Drug of Mocksville

I absolutely love this place. My medicine is always in and always ready. That's not even counting the awesome employees. So nice, always smiling and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else. 10 out of 10

I'm all for supporting local business but I can't wait 20+ minutes to pick up what you notified me was ready every time. Today was closer to 30. It's not the new computer system like the sign says. I counted 10 people behind the counter. There is no organization to what's going on. You ever seen what Chick-Fil-A does with that amount of people? There is a leadership issue that I hope you get fixed.

Mark the pharmacy manager went above and beyond with his customer service and dedication to this customer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked very diligently to get my children’s prescriptions filled for them to be ready to go back to school. I could not ask for a better customer experience or pharmacist we thank you Mark and all staff members that assisted in the process. We love foster drug!

I have been using Foster Drug for a little over a year and I have to say It has been one of the MOST professional and refreshing experiences I have ever had when dealing with a pharmacy or any retail establishment for that matter. The staff is absolutely impeccable in their attention to detail and superior customer service! Kudos to Lindsay who is so very polite and helpful❤️ But to be fair —ALL of the staff and pharmacists are over the top in their problem-solving skills and initiative. As a patient of Yadkin Novant Medical that is ALWAYS a disaster to deal with when requesting prescriptions be refilled, the staff at Foster’s is exceedingly proactive in calling my provider to ensure refills are handled in a timely manner. I was there at about 7 pm to pick up prescriptions and was insulted that the 3 girls could only concentrate on talking and not 1 could give me the customer attention / I think flirting is more important than a paying customer this was feb 26-26.
