Overall great experience, the lady at the desk was helpful but had a small attitude but not enough to ruin my day. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she had a bad day. My nurse was wonderful, I wish I remembered her name but she had the red dyed hair. She was bubbly and had a great attitude. My nurse practitioner was also just wonderful, very kind and professional. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!

A few months ago my daughter was diagnosed with pink eye here, fast forward to her going to her regular pediatrician who said the eye drops you guys prescribed where not even for pink eye. We gave you the benefit of the doubt and my son has now been waiting for 3 hours to be seen and have his lungs listened to after over a week with the flu. 3 hours and counting.… because he's still there waiting

Great people... top attention to my medical situation... even reached out to me after visit to discuss some minor things... I really like the overall experience... I can say I felt better having them see to my needs... Thank You.

The nurse practitioner my grandson and I had was dismissive and argumentative about the needs for our care. I remember her from the last time earlier this year for a spider bite I asked for keflex she gave me augmentin I felt it needed to be I&D she was no you just have some cellulitis two days later I am almost septic and went to ER placed on the correct ABT and a I&D was preformed . I know myself and what I need when I have bronchitis as well as my grandson it’s not my first rodeo but any suggestion I made for my care she again argued . She said we had a virus I explained virus will have temp not a bacterial she was dismissive and we just left . I wasted my money for noting went to the Atrium urgent care where we got the steroid jump 20mg for three days and they put us on a Zpac. I w

My husband came in for a DOT physical and it took over 2 hours with an appointment. There was only 1 patient in front of us and 1 behind us. He was the only patient in the building for over 15 minutes without anyone finishing his physical. Definitely not quick care.
