This pharmacy has the worst customer service. The staff’s attitude is terrible—they expect you to know everything about their system. When I mentioned I didn’t have my insurance card, instead of helping or explaining, they just gave me a blank stare and sarcastically asked, "You pay out of your pocket?" Completely unprofessional. There are plenty of pharmacies on 8th Ave, and I definitely won’t be coming back to this one. Avoid it if you can!

The pharmacy is great! When my son went to get sterile eye drops, he got a Ring pop for free! Also, they send a free drink for children.

Called the pharmacy to see if they had medicine in stock for my baby. I am not a previous customer of this pharmacy. Pharmacist gave me plenty of info and I let him know I’ll be in during my lunch hour. I walked in and mentioned the earlier conversation and he was ready for me with the OTC meds. Great, quick, easy experience. Looked fully stocked on quality baby products as well, I’ll definitely be back.

They are dishonest and try to scam people especially if you are a younger individual. My doctor prescribe me medicine and my parents and grandma picked up for me a few times but when I come to pick it up they lie and tell me my insurance doesn’t cover it so I need to buy it.

Bad customer service, the owner son is extremely rude to customer, especially the elderly‘s that doesn’t know anything try to scam them by saying the medication they are getting are not cover. The owner son is always scream at customer.
