Fort Stewart PX Pharmacy

I’m visiting family here in Hinesville and was able to help them pick up their prescriptions. This was my first time visiting this location, and I have to say that I was impressed! The pharm tech, (I believe her name was Sarah) was amazing! She was extremely helpful and had an incredibly positive demeanor!

Over two hours and thirty min wait time. Then to be told I clicked the wrong thing in the system (I clicked the new prescription) and was told I was fine I just need to wait a bit more. I asked do I need a new ticket and was told no. Then thirty minutes later told I was supposed to get a new ticket to wait a couple of more hours. Terrible communication, wait times, and lady at window four was rude when I was trying to get it verified that we just needed to wait a bit more. So I ripped up the ticket and just called to get the prescription to get sent anywhere else.

Service are so slow, it takes you forever to get your refill even though you called in earlier. It was not like this before but now it's awful and a lot of retiree has to wait for so long. This needs to be address, Some worker are taking their time and it was not like this before. Please help!!!

Absolutely avoid this place! They gave my toddler Tylenol and ibuprofen for her virus today (9/20/22) knowing her size and age and continued to hand my husband 325 mg Tylenol pills and 200 mg ibuprofen pills! For a 3 year old?! And told him to cut them to size before giving them to her. The proper dose for her size is 5 mg!!!!

If you can avoid this place at all cost!!!!!! I watched 5 people come in after me and get served. They got F numbers and I got J. So I waited for over 40 minutes. It's not rocket science first come first serve.
