From the moment I called, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine respect. Rich personally took the time to understand my situation and went above and beyond to help me immediately. Not only was the service prompt and professional, but I also ended up saving $46.42 on the cost of my 3 prescriptions (even though this pharmacy is out-of-network for my insurance and does not take GoodRX). I’ve been through my share of some big box pharmacies. You could not pay me enough to go back to any of them since I’ve been coming to Fort Myers Prescription Shop. I’ve been using FMPS for close to five years, religiously. Rich, the owner, pharmacist, and main man is the most compassionate and kind-hearted pharmacist I’ve ever come across. He actually has a heart. Which, these days, is becoming more and more hard to find. With FMPS, you have found that needle in a needle-stack! Always there to help with finding the lowest possible price, finding the best option for your particular needs and just being genuinely nice, plain and simple. To the whole staff, thank you! After being failed by big corporate pharmacies, I returned to the pharmacy my family had used when I was growing up here in Fort Myers. I’m never going back to W or C. Customer service here is amazing. They communicate with you regarding the status of your Rx. Prices are great. Rich, Ross and the techs can’t be beat.

Had to see what the hub bub was all about, decided to get a wonderful ear infection while on vacation. Rich and his staff were great. Ear drops not on hand so, he called another pharmacy that was on my route home to see if they had it in stock. Great service and great people!
